By making a booking with Dalby Tourist Park, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings require a valid credit or debit card to secure the reservation. For all cabin bookings, a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable prior to or at check-in. We reserve the right to pre-authorise or charge the card on file for accommodation charges, damages, additional cleaning, or breaches of these terms.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or failure to arrive will result in forfeiture of the first night’s accommodation. Early departures are non-refundable.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Sites (Powered & Unpowered): Check-in from 11:00am, check-out by 10:00am. Cabins: Check-in from 1:00pm, check-out by 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and approval.

4. After-Hours Check-In

After-hours arrivals must be arranged in advance. Instructions for key collection will be provided once full payment has been received.

5. Occupancy Limits

Accommodation must not exceed the maximum number of occupants listed. Unapproved additional guests may result in extra charges or termination of the booking without refund.

6. Noise & Behaviour

Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 7:00am. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.

7. Visitors

Visitors are permitted during reasonable hours only and must leave the park by 9:00pm unless approved by management. Guests are responsible for their visitors’ behaviour.

8. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all cabins and park facilities. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside accommodation.

9. Cleaning, Damage & Maintenance

Accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away prior to departure. Damages, breakages, excessive cleaning, or missing items will be charged to the card on file.

10. Rubbish & Cleanliness

All rubbish must be placed in designated bins. Additional cleaning charges may apply if accommodation is left in an unacceptable condition.

11. Safety & Compliance

Guests must follow all park signage and safety instructions. Children must be supervised at all times. Illegal activity will be reported to authorities.

12. Pets

Pets are permitted only where approved and are subject to the park’s Pet Policy. Unapproved pets may result in charges or cancellation without refund.

13. Vehicles & Property

Vehicles must be parked in designated areas. Dalby Tourist Park accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

14. Refusal of Service

Management reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, or remove guests who breach these Terms and Conditions, without refund.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
